Worst ever organization that i have worked so far, if there are less work or having package more than 4L/A without proper reason/information they will terminate or will ask employee's tp resign, worst part is HR's doesn't have commonsense, they won't listen employee words, simply they follow TL/Manager guidelines, they will not respect employee issues, special mentioned names should be are "Ankesh Paul (Lafoot HR), Sanket Kothati (Bewakoof team lead), Ekta (B..ch Manager), no value for employee, don't consider this company even as last preference.

Not suitable for the people who are looking for career growth and who want's to work under professional management, No Professionalism at all u can see in this company. not even deserved 1 rating

Friendly atmosphere and Work from home job as we save our time of traveling

All is good but they should pay extra for overtime and if work is more they should call on Saturday and give weekend allowance

Guys if you have time read this carefully before joining this company *Even I did the same mistake *I did got any kind of work pressure here but i can tell there is not job security at all in this company. *But Manger Zaheer sheikh is very humble and very helping in nature moreover he is good human being. *Yes, For short period like 6 months and all you can work over here. overall i can suggest do not join this company

There is no good growth for the freshers in this company, as well the salary part . I was working from 1 year 5 months but the salary discussion was done on February end but still now they have not provided the amount and after reliving also they are not providing the salary hike slip at least it was worst working here about the salary part and I am very much disappointed about it.

i have work with very good company as senior analyst into mortgage process, work with team as post closing and indexing process
