Management support to grow and learn but not in monetory terms

Dislikes

HR policies, been layyed off since a month now and they held my last month salary and compensation. Haven't heard from them at all. The management is least bothered.

Worst ever organization that i have worked so far, if there are less work or having package more than 4L/A without proper reason/information they will terminate or will ask employee's tp resign, worst part is HR's doesn't have commonsense, they won't listen employee words, simply they follow TL/Manager guidelines, they will not respect employee issues, special mentioned names should be are "Ankesh Paul (Lafoot HR), Sanket Kothati (Bewakoof team lead), Ekta (B..ch Manager), no value for employee, don't consider this company even as last preference.

Not suitable for the people who are looking for career growth and who want's to work under professional management, No Professionalism at all u can see in this company. not even deserved 1 rating

Very bias company. No respect for new emiyees. Not open to ideas. Full of buttering No quality monutiribgfor my process and no feedback given to emplyees. The process was gone and the employees were laid off. No professionalism. Not open to ideas

Oy salary was a support during the lockdown.

Friendly atmosphere and Work from home job as we save our time of traveling

Dislikes

All is good but they should pay extra for overtime and if work is more they should call on Saturday and give weekend allowance

Salary offered was at par with the average market value. It's a permanent WFH, so can say work life balance is good. Appraisals are fair and justified.

Dislikes

No learning opportunities. Job security is at its worst. Not sure why the top management is unable to secure new projects.
