All is good but they should pay extra for overtime and if work is more they should call on Saturday and give weekend allowance

There is no job security company's HR promised over the call that they would pay for notice period and nothing was mentioned in offer letter however when FNF statement was send HR started asking for supporting documents and they denied to pay for FNF amount.

They give God salary for your work...u will get system and ups technically required equipment will be provided..

Too much micro management , they lay off the employee witout giving prior intimation. And there no scope for south Indian ..irrespective of your performance they always give importance to North Indian especially Mumbai employee centered company...

Management support to grow and learn but not in monetory terms

HR policies, been layyed off since a month now and they held my last month salary and compensation. Haven't heard from them at all. The management is least bothered.

Worst ever organization that i have worked so far, if there are less work or having package more than 4L/A without proper reason/information they will terminate or will ask employee's tp resign, worst part is HR's doesn't have commonsense, they won't listen employee words, simply they follow TL/Manager guidelines, they will not respect employee issues, special mentioned names should be are "Ankesh Paul (Lafoot HR), Sanket Kothati (Bewakoof team lead), Ekta (B..ch Manager), no value for employee, don't consider this company even as last preference.

Not suitable for the people who are looking for career growth and who want's to work under professional management, No Professionalism at all u can see in this company. not even deserved 1 rating
