In this teammates & training is good. regarding job security is depends upon our work and good communication with customer and branch.we prof the our best activity so that appraisal is good growth. This growth is always depends upon our communication to customer, our colleagues, friends and also personal punctuality.we support to each other when any need. we celebrate the hole program in our office. I also respect my Sr. person and also staff.

Dislikes

In this office we working period near about 20th month. In hole day we working in our capacity. but our team leader shifted another work without my permission and also all dependency to another person. if any query for my site we every person told to excuse regarding holiday/half-day. My boss was change, reporting boss was change but keeping all report/permission to one to one all person. I jumble my work. my work is direct connect to Engineer/SLM service but my designation is Incident management. post not growth which dislike the job. we join in this company in fresher so percentage of payment is minimum but job roll is high position. very partiality in my site.

Very selfish management no safety of employees I was work there last year as a assistant manager operations my accident happened in Chandigarh at working time they give no compensation and also take resign
