Managing Partners itself took initiative in every work and problems of employee. The company is always updated with technology. The way of doing work is very effective.Experts are always ready to help us. Partners conduct seminars/ lectures to update the knowledge of the staff. Work of every employee get appreciated if they are capable of doing well. They provide MNC's feeling in very small three floor building.

...m is coming. It is very difficult to manage our social life with office culture. Also,I feel that the salary they offered as per work is very less.

Organised Management, Guidance from Seniors and a effective learning experience, Work seminars for skill and knowledge Updation, Firm is continuously aiming at growing and improving, Aiming at bringing parity in work processes with MNC's

Dislikes

Poor financial Incentives in comparison to the input given by employees, Discouraging Work Life Balance, Hectic Schedule, Office is closed only for second Saturday's and Sunday however the same is cancelled for most of the months, Low recognition for work done..

The firm takes care of its employees and try to be helpful in personal and professional development of the team members. Various fun-filled activities are arranged through out the year engaging its employees, yet has the utmost professional and ethical approach. Best place to work at specifically if one has professional experience to contribute or wants to learn the professional way.

Good work environment especially working under 'Sir' was a great opportunity yes job security was there apart from all other thing the gym part was my favorite one. Fitness and work under one roof. Learned a lot from 'VKC' Happy to be a part of 'VKC Family'

To much compliances and pressure of mantaing work quality prolongs the work completion. Freezing the way of working style, template, performas makes work a little monotonous.
