...rchaska face some hard day's during lockdown about weak financial situation but they never cut or stop salary of any employee.

Not find anything yet to dislike. I am working from 13months. They are strict but helped a lot for creating good standard and help in carrier growth.

I think the only positive is that you will get a so called job nothing more than that

There is no work life balance . No salary hikes. No job security .you just have to work with lots of pressure. Even some people have not got there last month salary after leaving compony . In short there is not a single advantage of working here. This is a option of do or die.

...g with. The learning part is good for fresher's . They don't have any hierarchy. They just grill good developers and never ever pay the salary on time. They don't believe in fnf and make you need for your money that you deserve. And the worst part is unqualified managers, who know nothing about the word management.

They give the codebase to you and say to debug it as a fresher it really helps to understand industry code but apart from it nothing much to offer

They revoke my offer letter They don't provide much help they expect you to understand whole code The seniors help us after taking appointment You wont communicate with anyone since wfh for some it's good but your social life will decline They gave laptop then also revoked offer letter because of which I haven't applied anywhere and rejected two good offers Please find some other company don't punish yourselves even if u r fresher The CEO hr no one is good They break my heart after letting me wait for so long for the offer letter it really affect my mental health that too at time of recession There are endless thing I can say but for now this is enough this is not hate at all just that my whole family was waiting for my joining but they did really bad to me by rejecting me at last time I wish they suffer just like I do and never succeed The only mistake I did was not to believe in all this reviews on internet thought starting with startup is good idea but no Please believe in this reviews I hope no one feel helpless as I do!

As a fresher from the first day, I bring my mindset as I can serve three years of the bond period here (two-year bond + 6-month probation which stretches to min 8 months) with all my dedication, hard work, and honesty. First day of joining: HR takes your original mark sheet by saying required for six-month verification, as unaware from this I submitted. Later they don't give you as for the next few years. According to Indian Act keeping someone’s original documents and do not give them back is CRIME which causes imprisonment for two years. So to keep safe HR Take it from you but HR doesn’t give you an acknowledgment. The work culture: As a person, you are going to work with some good people who are ready to help you. Meanwhile, you have to give your report to NON TECHNICAL MANAGER, if you want to be in his good books work over the weekend also ( jyada kya hoga 16 ghnte jayenge weekend ke rest you ENJOY). He needed only three things from you WORK WORK and WORK. It doesn’t matter how are you going to perform it like the product team does good analysis, but in his case just hitting the number of tasks for that day doesn’t matter if you worked for 8,10, or 12+ hrs or how are you going to perform it (As they tell you personally that if your work takes 10-14hrs then it will be your call of duty, sounds like fun but it resembles slavery). If you work as per the work policy which is just for 8hr daily then be ready to get insulted by him. You might think insult is just feedback and you have to work on this but this insult is going to happen in a team meeting where you have to face fake allegations from him like: you just pretend to work and take salary by deceiving this firm, if they terminate you then it will be impossible to get a job as you have no qualities and many others. I literally saw female colleagues from another team cry in the meeting after getting insulted by him. Additionally, if in past you work for them to clock to clock till complete objective for month
