...e budget for training every tear which is very encouraging for self development. Salary and yearly appraisals are decent. Job requires no traveling to another city. Lot of learning opportunities who wants to learn and grow. Work environment is competitive and there is scope for innovation in almost every team. There are various sports tournaments played throughout the year so sports is encouraged as well. Overall worklife balance can be achieved.

Dislikes

For most of the people working from India location, job is pretty much secure. As you go up the corporate ladder, you see more politics.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Based on parameters like work life balance, company culture, job security and most importantly a good supportive leadership the company is really good

Salary is decent but not matches the industry standards and the promotions are too late
