I joined Vepsun to do post graduation course in Data Science. Initially they promise everything and be behind you to pay the money. But once paid only 20% of the course is completed. Rest of the course is stopped and nobody is responding. They are not conducting the course nor returning the money. Please do not join here they are wasting our hard earned money.

...s in a day. If we want to work in this organisation we should learn astrology. When am ready to serve notice period because I started questioning to manager removed access and not paid salary as well. When you ask correct things they will remove from job. Every week they will start new for employees only don't know batch timings. If I ask batch timings after 8.30am and after 7pm. What is meaning of it. How can I inform to studnets.

Literally nothing. Management works without any experience and in a very unstructured way.The Organisation payroll doesn't includes tax in it. They don't tell it to you while hiring you as they require only sales from you. Later HR makes excuses by saying to file the tax by our own and contact our personal CA for such procedures. So basically whatever in hand will be decided on your interview will not be actual in-hand. you will have to face a tax deduction in that after filing the ITR in it. They gave an option of permanent work from home , but anyway that will ruin everything.

Mostly everything. Suppose your salary is 5 LPA INR , then here it will be becoming 4.3LPA as the company doesn't follow the tax system they only check your monthly in hand . Now that will become a downfall while you leave the organisation as the salary slips might show that only and so will be the offer letter. Training is not given at all properly : they will teach you about the crm operation , loan process . not a single thing about the product or courses they offer , all you gotta do is research yourself or you will have to understand by doing it. They don't have their proper pitch but ask you to design it on your own. They don't have good lead generation source also , as majority of them are fake clients and not enquired ones.Which you will find tougher to convert the remaining who are genuine. Usually these are very few. Incentive target is unrealistic on comparison of leads they provide. Its like the target will be set in such a way that you probably cannot earn incentive. Manager and Higher end people only know to call you continuously and poke you for your output while you are doing your work , which disturbs the mindset and breaks your enthusiasm . Again there is no encouragement or discussion of work strategy. There are no week-offs i.e Mon to sat is your job and Sunday which is one day for your rest , but there is a two hr working schedule on that day as well. So typically no week-offs while you work from home. Only the companies CEO who himself is a trainer , seemed like taking a training for the one of the courses. Others they will just ask you to read it from website. Overall you will just exhaust yourself here , by working without proper function you will also find it really hard to get your work done and getting pressure from higher ups for sales. In the end , I would recommend you to join in this team at your own risk.

I have been working with Vepsun from past two years. Till now never faced any issue with management. In case we are facing any issue or need any kind of support, we are free to reach out to them day and night.

DONT JOIN ANY COURSE FROM THIS INSTITUTE. ONCE YOU MAKE PAYMENT THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO TALK TO YOU TO JOIN BATCH.. ONLY FOR BASIC COURSE THEY CHARGE VERY HEAVY FEES. RATHER LEARN FROM UDEMY
