Company growth is slow, work pressure for sometimes, any time pickup the phone calls including any emergency leave also, there is no job training and also any changes in system no one informed to me.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
