Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Worst experience of life. Salary does not comes on time..leave other things CEO is moody and makes yo uh work and does not gives you salary on time.

Dislikes

2 months salary due No ethics in this company. CEO IS MOODY AND FIRES AT WILL AND SOMETIMES BASED ON YOUR RELIGION. micromanagement and all time have to work but no extra payment.
