Work culture, environment and zero professionalism, General Manager runs office like his home no rules no policy. Anything could be happen there anytime for any reason. No job security, no matter how hard you work, either personal relations works here or person who can join them in weekend for parties. Overall not a good company. Pathetic professionalism and work culture.
