I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

...and always told me that the boss Umesh Pandey is Basturd because he didn't pay. He hold 3 to 4 months salary of labours. Every material vendor calls me to give payment. Even till now some vendor call me... at the end time he also didn't pay me 50 thousand. And that time I need 60 Thousand for My Wife's delivery i asked him to pay me so at that time he's asking me to make time sheet and what did .That time I broke and I leave the company. Dear brother and Sister Please don't go for it .. they are Fraud,cheater & Liers. But Der h Andher nhi... now Alhamdulillah I'm working in MNC company as a Design Head... work for Mumbai metro line 3 project. Thank you
