The best thing about the company is learning, as it is a startup, we get to learn a lot in here. We explore different things and also policies in here are very good. Work-life balance is perfect, we are not allowed to be in office after working hours

Love the Work culture and company policies Have been associate for long time and as it is a start up it gives you good career growth in terms of learning and monetary both. Best part is monthly celebration

What I dont like is- NOTHING. Some times what i dont like is salary deduction due to many late comings. But that is absolutely for maintaining discipline. Which is required.

Nothing to be honest. No training provided, and zero transparency.

Dislikes

The management doesn't know what they're doing. I've been waiting for my stipend for a month now. Highly unprofessional and unethical company. The data provided is so old that you can barely get one site visit out of it let alone a sale.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
