Work life balance is good, but salary wise and growth structure it's a big no no. Not at all recommended to work here. If you wanna do 9 to 6 job then it's good but if you are look for a boost to your career then you will fall at wrong place. Employees working here for 2 decades are still on executive level.

... are there to watch CCTV and has no work or liability to do any work I work for 2 years but no fixed salary and no appreciation of word work in Ventura is like u work for Ur own and they don't give what u deserve

I hate the company top management they just want work they are not able to pay deserving salary and hold there expenses for no reasons and there branch manager are no purpose to appoint just to watch cctv

People are very co-operative friendly helping each other. But you can't stay for long time as u working for money. No Compensation & Benefits were there. Incentive Structure very Poor. Increment is worst. There used to be various training programme every week. It good to start your career as fresher or intern. Cant think of anything more due to its low CTC, No Life Only Work and Few career growth opportunities.

Manger are dumb enough to handle the Team. They themselves don't have enough Knowledge.They are just pupets of Higher Authorities. Like cattle will say Agree on everything. They dont have mangement Skills

Learning institute for freshers.

Dislikes

Increment process, no bonus, very slow growth, management think old employees (more than 10 years) only working for company. They r not trust on new employee, they never notice ur hard work. Too strict HR policy, different different policy for new and old employees, Work from home policy only for employee acquisition. U have to work Saturday and holiday also. Software is useless u have to work mannualy or Excel base only.

Less Salary, no bonus, no appraisal once in 2 3 yrs , no proper promotion structure, high work pressure, team leads dont have adequate knowledge , nothing to learn from them , leadership is clueless inshort can say it's a lala company
