This company should come out of the variable pay system which is ongoing for more than 20 years... There is no fixed salary for RMS - pathetic ( peer companies are hesitating to pick Rms from Ventura due to this variable pay system)

Don't expect good compensation and incentives or regular growth after a stage. Company doesn't have a fixed salary for reps and low grade salary for managers too but its a good company to work. Job satisfaction is an advantage

Increment process, no bonus, very slow growth, management think old employees (more than 10 years) only working for company. They r not trust on new employee, they never notice ur hard work. Too strict HR policy, different different policy for new and old employees, Work from home policy only for employee acquisition. U have to work Saturday and holiday also. Software is useless u have to work mannualy or Excel base only.
