Where content is concerned, they should hire even editors to validate content. Also, the management should set parameters around focusing more on quality than quantity in delivering content.

The work environment is not so appreciable. All you find is spies everywhere in the office. There is no value for hard work at all. A hard working employee gets no appreciation and the one who dosent work leads his life to the fullest. And that is how it works there. Working in a company like Vensoft for 1 year is more that an employee can do for the firm. If you are a fresher just give a try for only experience sake. No perks, no extra benefits. Overall there will be no job satisfaction
