The work environment is not so appreciable. All you find is spies everywhere in the office. There is no value for hard work at all. A hard working employee gets no appreciation and the one who dosent work leads his life to the fullest. And that is how it works there. Working in a company like Vensoft for 1 year is more that an employee can do for the firm. If you are a fresher just give a try for only experience sake. No perks, no extra benefits.
