compensation is decent but growth not decent very slow. they not value of their employees caliber and talent . their is not vlue of your suggestions and ideas. management is not supportive and work place is not healthier to employee

I worked for pharma division, office staff salary was on time. And people could have work life balance well.

Dislikes

The division in which I worked was worst in all aspects, work culture, no proper compensation, no innovative ideas appreciated. Top management was worst at handling people and issues. No value for talented people but they are looking for people buttering them.

Good work environment in team and branch level supportive. Here company provides food for all employees. Company policies and ethics good. Company involvement in all aspects is good . Company caring all employees.

Dislikes

There is less politics in this company and salary is very less and health benefits doesn't provide the company. Increment didn't provide on performance based . Employees promotions are very less and less carrier growth in this company. Carrier satisfaction is very less in this company.

I think only one thing that is salary, I m not satisfied about salary, do not have any growth at all msc microbiology employees.

Giod work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
