The company id adopts Venkyserp own software which like as SAP (Coding system). I am happy to doing work in number one live stock company in North. I have gained lot of experience from there.Employee of Venkys feel safe in context of job security & Venkys also having good employees re-hire policy.

Dislikes

Financial Growth is slow and Grade wise salary package not fixed for example Account officer & Assistant Manager working at same salary. Grade wise salary package difference is nominal for example Rs. 100 Fixed allowance difference in Account officer & Sr. Account officer. Employee turnover rate is high at Venkys.

Sorry, to say but there is no such thing every employees like about this company please don't look this type of company for your future.

...ment regarding skill development, Only data entry operator work in this company. No health insurance,no other allowance for employees benefits and also very poor salary structure and please believe me there is 98% employees whose salary is under rs 25000/- so I hope you understand why I say all about this company. At last I tell you only these words,please ignore this company. I waste my 4 years in this company that's why I'm telling you about this company. So be careful to choose this company for your career choice.

I have been worked in venkys for only 2.5 months and i want to tell you that the benefits are of no use i have worked for almost more than 12 hours everyday and still you will not be praised for your work no type of reward no type of motivation is given to you in this company the training is so hard and the salary is nothing please if you are a branch manager or account officer then only apply to this firm otherwise don't because this company sucks the befits are good but only in hatchery and feed mill you will get guest house and all other benefits but if you are in CBF branch then you have to struggle everyday

Load of work is too much and the salary as per the load is nothing the training is too hard infact sometimes accountant become labour in

There is a lot of politics and the management some other places average. Salary is not good at present maintenance, that's why career growth is slow.

Good work environment in team and branch level supportive. Here company provides food for all employees. Company policies and ethics good. Company involvement in all aspects is good . Company caring all employees.

Dislikes

There is less politics in this company and salary is very less and health benefits doesn't provide the company. Increment didn't provide on performance based . Employees promotions are very less and less carrier growth in this company. Carrier satisfaction is very less in this company.
