The company id adopts Venkyserp own software which like as SAP (Coding system). I am happy to doing work in number one live stock company in North. I have gained lot of experience from there.Employee of Venkys feel safe in context of job security & Venkys also having good employees re-hire policy.

Grade wise salary package difference is nominal for example Rs. 100 Fixed allowance difference in Account officer & Sr. Account officer. Employee turnover rate is high at Venkys.
