Quality work, associates really manage clients very well hence no repetitive or donkey working, good quality selective projects. Co-operative associates and director.

Was in the Pune Office / Branch. It was initially a Project Management Company which later turned to Architecture post the arrival of a Sr. Associate around a decade back. The focus is more on Industrial projects and thus there is more simplicity of design and work. Coming and going hours are fixed and no leverage on late hours. Pure 9 to 6 job

Dislikes

Loads of favoritism and few senior architects who bootlick steadily and regularly.

The boss is wonderful. He understands every small detail of the employee and nurtures every individual there. He is very supportive of all things done for the organisation. He is considerate of all the seniors there.
