...y working at Vengai software solutions, Lot of travelling to client Locations. Salary and per-diem is offered more because of same reason. Job security is not a problem, as this organization has good client base to work for.

New technology training will not be provided by the org., due to budget constraints, we need to learn them on our own. Team outings and recreations are very less compared to other organizations.

Compensation is decent but growth is little bit slow sometimes work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have attend client calls in the evening
