...pany to work. No job satisfaction. Management is biased including HR department. They churn work out of you like one is a robot and pay peanuts. Another thing there is a huge disparity between salaries of employees of same level and post. Please don't ever even think of working in that awful enviornment

From management to higher ups everyone is playing politics. They have adopted this model where they fire an employee when they have extracted from them and replace them with new hires. During my entire tenure I used to see daily interviews going on and new people would join on daily basis. That tells you so much how the work environment would be.

There is one dictator and you have to follow him. Even if you give your 1000% still your work will never satisfy him. And he will make you feel worthless. No appreciation. Nothing

They are not ready for new ideas and strategies... One dictator One rule... That's it... Follow him or you may leave.

Nothing. If you want to be a servant and just join them because they wont give you freedom for innovation and regular working. You just need to listen to the MD and the managing principal.

Dislikes

Every aspect of the company is just worth the hate. It is just not good for any male candidate as it is very gender biased company. Feels terrible after working for an year and tried best to work but was stopped doing anything.
