People working at low profiles are good, as they have spend their long time to support their families and to fulfill their liabilities. So even after every kind of discrimination with them, they are continuing on their jobs.

...om admin and HR for next 1 or 2 months. 5. Never received the Salaries on time. As per their baseless policy, salary would be transferred with backup of extra 15 days - so that no one should leave the company without advance notice, but always salary gets credit after 17th or 18th. (15 to 18 days late every month). 6. In last 4 years, out of 100+ attrition only 7 or 8 were released properly. Rest, almost suffers through mental harassment and faces loss of pending salaries and also experience documents. 7. Director herself says, that after few year i will permanently shift to politics, so she do practice all of the tricks with her own employee to see - how perfect she is in playing with people and management. 8. Director has her own ego, if someone more professional is there in her organization - then she will try her all efforts to make that person accept that "Boss is the only person- who is always right". I will not speak more about it, but yes out of my complete career experience - this is the only company, which focuses more on dominating over the employees and practicing their baseless dirty politics in place of focusing on good business and healthy work culture.

Will not consider any thing regarding this because small small things are everywhere but what i got there was respect regarding my work and all for each and everything.
