Work life balance and work from home facility, work independently without any micro management.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

They told me to resign as I was pregnant during this period and could not travel as per their business requirements. This is how vendekin helped me hence I left them immediately.

Company had a great opportunity to growth, but lacked in upper management.

Dislikes

lacked of management, lacked of experience seniors, seniors are always busy and avoid to answer your question most of time. no team outing. small office have to manage in small space with broken chairs.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
