The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.and dealing with reputed clients. I like about employees who supported me in every situation and helped me in my growth. Few teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,I have to work 8-10 hours. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my manager, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for Freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Work life balance depend up to your client, i am working 18 hrs per day, No support from ven india, No job security, No paid leaves, No allowances means No food allowance, No fuel allowance, No late night work allowance, Very toxic work culture.

Technical skills, computer knowlwdge, engineering parameters is not required. If you are expert in buttering and polishing, ready to say night as day and day as a night, such skills is mandatory, you are the winner and easily get promoted.

...ck of communication skills, every day you have to talk to a new staff in office. No time limits for work, Sunday also working, national holiday working, no extra Bonus, increment upto 5%. Very very hard work, lot of pressure and unsafe.
