1. In general people are good except co founders 2. Good food and beer on friday 3. Decent tech stack

1. Too much micromanagement from senior leadership. Poor work life balance 2. Bad culture and lots of yelling by founders with no respect for employees. 3. No WFH policy and taking leaves are seen as a SIN. Also No workhour flexibility. 4. No job security. 5. My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
