Velocis Systems deputed me in the client location from the beginning till the end, hence I really couldn't enjoy the real employee status. Though, they had a good rapport with the client and it reflected in the career growth as well. Also, if the client was okay with something, Velocis didn't interfere much in the employee - client personal space and didn't involve in any kind of micro-management whatsoever. The work life balance was maintained properly here as Velocis believed in the following the work culture of the client location and never imposed any hard and fast rule for anything. This gave us the freedom to work without thinking too much.

Dislikes

As Velocis deputed me in the client location, if ever we were provided any compensation or benefit, we had to travel to the main office in Noida most of the times, which was cumbersome during office hours. Also, even if we had to submit any document like IT declaration etc., then we had to travel to the office; or we had to give our personal info related documents to a representative and he/ she will submit it on our behalf. This is clear mismanagement from the Velocis. I always thought that Velocis lacked a proper HR. People in Sales team, such as Sales Manager used to act as the HR and they never understood or did the job properly. Employees' problems, doubts were never cleared on time. I would request Velocis Management to kindly stop using the sales manager as the point of contact, as they lack the knowledge of HR skills and their way of communication is really poor. Also, career wise there were no training programs. No PF, Gratuity or any benefit provided.

Good for entry level job but stay only for few years .Mostly Contracts of Govt. Projects .

don't expect much support from HR. You Have to work on client location only and salary may get delayed if client not submit your monthly performance report.

If you are in contract based employment on client end it would difficult to renews but it’s depends on client to clinet , responses is not that’s much good to shift in another clinet if you are purely contract based

In the evening,when you go to your home You don'ts have to worry about 2 things. First- salary will always be credit on 7th.( One of the best thing). 2nd- it's like a government company. You don't have to worry about job I am working here from last 2 years in sales.

Company policies are not well defined in offer letter. Whatever HR said during joining about Bonus never get on time. Bond Agreement for experienced one is very bad as if someone leave the company before tenure then they must deduct the amount from the FnF.
