In the evening,when you go to your home You don'ts have to worry about 2 things. First- salary will always be credit on 7th.( One of the best thing). 2nd- it's like a government company. You don't have to worry about job I am working here from last 2 years in sales.

Company policies are not well defined in offer letter. Whatever HR said during joining about Bonus never get on time. Bond Agreement for experienced one is very bad as if someone leave the company before tenure then they must deduct the amount from the FnF.

... thing is that you join this company only when you are on senior designation. The salary will keep on coming. Nothing else is good. Being a junior if you will join this company than nothing will be fruitful at the end of the day. You will never learn anything new, so no growth. They will never give you new tasks or responsibilities, so no knowledge gain. It's better not to join it. If you want to join just for salary, go ahead.

Dislike: Their is nothing to like about this company. The politics is at its peak. Nothing can be learned over here. No growth. Work life balance is in negative. They don't care about you once you join the company.

They are not doing appraisal on time... They are delay around 6-8 months. No bonus amount will pay you. And work is not important here, important is only politics. I will not recommended to join this company

HR department is very lazy, compensation not as per industry. Health insurance policy is worst. Building and infrastructure wise its not like an IT organisation.
