Manager Dinesh is so kind and genuine person n Training is not good as other companies and salary is not hike for the experience.

HR is rude when I was working, there's no cafeteria and dinner area not good

... and this was well felt during covid with their initiatives during the pandemic. I have never experience any salary delay is another example. To Sum Up... Like every management Velan expects people to understand their commitment to their work.

Office location. Could have been in place like Tidel Park or any other campus!

Apart from promotion and monetary benefits Velan is one of the best place to work in the country with a great team building and excellent work life balance atmosphere.

HR Team- behaving like puppet, Management- poor Manager- doesn't know abc of the team and the process, no matter how good you are at work he will throw you out with false accusations. No job security. Threatening employees. And compelling current employees to update positive reviews.
