No recognition Not giving salary as mentioned in the appointment order. Monthly security deposit will be deducted which will not be given in the end. Both the HR and the immediate heads do not go with each other Never believe the words of heads or the HR regarding salary or increments Salary is not based upon experience, knowledge or anyone's talents. It depends upon negotiation in the beginning Those who flatter the heads can prosper and will be given high posts Until the resignation of the employee, he or she will be pleaded for continuance Problems start from the day of resignation as they will never settle the amount until the employee fights for it

They don't care about their employees. The management doesn't address our issues. They pay us only 50% but the work they make us to do will be 200% .They don't recognise our work. Teachers are made to do the school attender work also .

Person who ever is working in VELAMMAL VIDHYASHRAM SCHOOLS a blessed person , Management makes their employees feel like a family members, Skill development and work -family life balancing is 100% satisfactory Totally getting job in Velammal is a blessing.

In that school Students and Parents are very nice to interact. Good dressing culture.

There is not having proper education books upto 5th expecially except Math others all prepared by SME's heads . No standard qualified books. There s Somuch partiality among teachers not having value for the hardwork, dedication and takents. Nothing consider for teachers and also no benifits, more work pressure and often conduct workshops for teachers classroom facilities, neatness and restroom for students are very worst. Totally not more worthy regards the name.
