Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

I've almost comleted a year in this company, and till now, experience has been excellent. As a fresher, I needed a work environment where I could learn, grow and have a good time working on technologies and this company has given me that. The guidance and support form seniors has helped me a lot throughout my journey.

I have been working in Vegavid for 7 months at the time of writing this review, and it has been a really smooth and joyful ride so far with respect to culture, work-life balance, and compensation as well. The management here is very supportive, friendly, and mainly caring. A huge plus is a WFH model that the company runs on. I am working from my home since the time I joined Vegavid and haven't even been to the Vegavid office ever since. All in all a gem of a company to work in. Ample of opportunities to learn new technologies.

Dislikes

I don't think there is any point that I dislike about Vegavid, As we are working from home so some time responses from the various departments are a little slow,

I have been working in Vegavid Technology for more than 20 months and its really great and joyful!. I got an opportunity to enhance my skills and working on various new technologies. The management team treat all the employess as a friendly person. They are always ready to help in any problems, supporting and motivation. Oveall i am feel better and good to work with vegavid technology.
