1. No knowledge growth 2. No salary growth 3. No recognition 4. Salem and Trichy branch very worst in all aspects 5. Very worst administration team 6. HR team - waste, no use 7. There is no separate training team 8. Not disclosing the holiday list 9. More and more. 10. Fresher/Experienced - do not join here

From my end salary negotiable was good.. That's the only positive part

...l and take step which is good for company but don't think about their employees. During pandamic the company couldn't bear employee expense hence had major salary cut down (70% were cut down) or employees were asked to leave.

Good company for the Freshers and tenured with max of 2 years. Being good at process will make you to reach good place, salary and benefit is less yet good place for a start

At times, their rules and terms sucks also the bond thing and policies

Salary negotiation was good from my end...And that is then only positive part.

...t their employees at all. During pandamic the company could hold till Aug 2020. Later they have done major cut down in salary (70% cut down) or asked employees to leave. If you once visit the office and see the maintain of it you will understand how they are taking care of their employees , simply pathetic.

This company don't have any salary growth or opportunity to grow. Lot of work leads and managers has to sit and work for project. Can't develop people mgmt skills.

Dislikes

Work life balance too low and people should not join this company.
