Good place for those who want to work in credit field.

...it and do field work. They always threaten you they will find another person. Company reimburses transportation expeneses after 1 month and pay least amount possible as travel expenses. There is no career growth no financial growth They only pay last 13000 ctc No promotion no benefits

Only good thing about Veeraraghavan is getting experience of various aspects of businesses.

Dislikes

...t paid for working on holidays. No incentive on good performance and extra work. You have to make expenses on your own and company is extremely interested in there cost cutting and deducting employee's money. They have a very poor management system. Senior staff is quiet rude and not at all supportive. Overall a very poor working experience with them.

No leaves, very less salary, no increment, if u ask for increment or u have completed a couple of years there they will force you to resign by using awful tactics as they don't want to increase salary. No employee retention as the work can be done by freshers also and that too at less salary. No leaves at all, if you are really sick or some emergency came they will force u to come to the office or blackmail that ur 3 days salary would be deducted

U can relax sometimes due to field work...good for getting experience in credit field.

Low salary ..... Worst management....low conveyance amount and long distance field visits (sometimes outside district)....company is always looking for reasons to cut money from your salary and conveyance !

1. Great startup for work in credit 2. Manager Mr. Vijay Chahvan Sir is helpful and great 3. Learning all types of loans and analysis of credit, due diligence.

...ge your social or personal life 2. Political culture in promotion and growth 3. Hike and salary not given as per skill. 4. Creating more pressure of work , Sunday work 5. Genuine candidate didn't allow leave.
