Good place for Starters and experts with 10 to 12yers of experience. Also Good for Ladi candida's (EO Unit)

Login is very strict as the system setup to deduct late punchIn like 05,10minit from salary but LogOut =Finish you day work then LogOut for all Executive and staffs only.

Exposure to learn from other departments. Company provides facility like pf esi gratuity bonus. As per the norms... and Trainings on related subjects to work.

unprofessional work culture and unethical , Management doesnot address your problems, they play dumb n deaf . No job security. Zero career growth. If you try to voice out. Employee wil be targeted ,manupulative stories will be reported to management. Not good work place for female candidates.

Why you might like this company If you are craving for toxic environment. If you are ready to say yes to everything. If this is your first company and don't know about proper corporate culture. If you don't know about standard HR operations. If you are ready to work even after work hours. If you want to start your career with unprofessional practices and culture. If you're ready to get harassed. If you willing to forget about your loyalty. Do Join here unless you are teachers favorite kid from the beginning. Top Management is good, but reaching them requires crossing hell and facing the worse possible paths in mean time if you are victim you will be fired so be ready. If you are a tough person and still want to join after seeing all this, convey this message to management: "if it is possible to remove the tremendous and tough stains on your clothes, you may look good. otherwise, you are going to lose your reputation soon,"

Why you might not like this company If you are loyal and dislike office politics. if you are not familiar with work place politics. If you do not engage in manipulating other for personal gain. Be ready to show up on weekends to office even if its not necessary. If you get blamed or notified for mistakes that arent yours and are expected to take full responsibility for others errors. If you have a strong heart, then you might be able to survive in this company and weak heart stay away. You should be ready to face the challenges, especially since the management or those addressing management directly may fire or terminate employees based on false allegations without verifying the issue with them first. If you might not like this org even if it possible to suggest management to hire some better managers for a HR because instead of being professional and good leader they act like rowdies and goondas just assume even leader is culprit how can they take the whole team to proceed good works and how management expects results by not having a good leader.
