Good part is that since march they are at least paying us 50% of salary and just have started paying 500/- Rs for internet and also they said slowly they will pay off the back log. something is better than nothing.

Dislikes

No balance in work life, many times working on holidays and Sundays too. sometimes work pressure is very high. i am good in technology but other senior teachers are not, for them school should provide training, otherwise it is very hectic for tech-pro teachers to teach, like me, i have to do school work along with i am training teachers to use computers for online class and prepare ppts, which is again long working hours. Apart from work, expenses are the same, bills are same, no sorry bills are gone up, light bill is high, internet bill is high, mobile bill is high, and many more expenses but pay is less. it is very difficult to cope up.

Likes

The professional atmosphere and culture though with a bit of favourism. This place gives you the liberty to showcase and prove your skills, talents and potential which one needs to display in the first go.

Dislikes

The plead to get leaves sanctioned. Yet i would take it positively that leaves were not sanctioned easily so as to maintain the decorum and discipline of the organization
