Main issue , third class firm, No increments, No job security, No bonus , And firm going down day by day , 25000 crore dream Project in 2025 but 100 crore bhi Kr le to bhala ho jaye ish company ka. Old person ki koi Khadar hi nhi hai, wo Firm ke itne loyal hai Un logo ko hi Nikal diya…. Had hai so disgusting….MD of the company … have no knowledge about work , How to increase his business….

Salary faurd on paper 20k in hand just 10k rest 10k black money they demanded cash in return diwali bonus they force you to sing on paper that they give to you but in reality they didn't give you any kind of benefits they terminate without any reason

...areer of young generation. They never follow any rule & regulations of the Govt. made for employees and always try to avoid giving benefits to the employees like bonus, PF and increment etc. If any employee ask for benefits, is kicked out by the company's owner.
