...omises many things but delivers none and very rude 4. Work culture is too bad...if you are close to directors you can have good salary, flexible timings despite having no experience/qualifications 5. Management have no manners/respects towards employees..if you are in director's cabin, you have to stand even if its been 3 hours. They don't respect even age 50+ employees..just few examples list is long 6. Basically it's a lala company..only 1 person decided everything and you are in close relation then only you can survive 7. No allowance, no increment in last 4 years, no privacy, no WFH option in lockdown, no EPF, hire and fire policy

...well as personal level. 5. Team Work and bonding is the main key to success. 6. On time salary, despite of non availability of management you get your salary before 10th of Every month and never ever delayed.

Dislikes

1. Everyone is working for money so the biggest change can be done is appraisal on yearly basis. 2. Incentive should be added with monthly salary. 3. Annual Paid Leaves are only 15 which i feel should be 25-30. 4. No PF & Bonus.

...ation of Company is so good that it will give you a good reputation in market . Salary on time ,I have good experience on here.

We work all Saturdays ,we need atleast alternet saturday off

Office culture is really good. HR are supportive. Management are understanding. Projects are excellent and on time delivered.

Dislikes

For sales, We require overtime pay because we work extra hours in sales. Incentives should be received quarterly.
