The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest new technology.Today, I am also happy Because I am part of a veeda clinical research because in different-different type of work done in veeda but in all type of work data quality is 99.9% good. In veeda we all work in happily in collaboration.

The work pressure is high. Sometimes,I Have to work 10-13 hrs straight in a day but they have not pay the rupees from overtime.

We can adjust work time shift as per work requirements.

...f seniors are willingly take any responsibilities, they just play passing ball.. Management never think about small employees, salary benefits are zero as per your work dedication, complete partial approach by Managers according to personal relations.

...n online training platform. Employee engagement was taken care during this time. There was no retrenchment or salary cuts by management.

Dislikes

I always think that instead of working hours approached, there should be Work/target based approached. Indian companies should adopted this culture for worklife balance.

...e org only becouse of no increment even from last 2 -3 years.. waste of life . Even they are refused to give amount as mentioned in retension bonus..by saying that it was a typo error.
