...e org only becouse of no increment even from last 2 -3 years.. waste of life . Even they are refused to give amount as mentioned in retension bonus..by saying that it was a typo error.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest new technology.Today, I am also happy Because I am part of a veeda clinical research because in different-different type of work done in veeda but in all type of work data quality is 99.9% good. In veeda we all work in happily in collaboration.

The work pressure is high. Sometimes,I Have to work 10-13 hrs straight in a day but they have not pay the rupees from overtime.

Management and Communication – Gaps in communication could lead to disconnection or misunderstandings. 6. Job Stability – Project-based roles may create uncertainty in job security.
