This is a place where you feel horrible full working period. In the name of salary you will get nothing and you are typical labour for them. Your self respect will killed everyday. This is a family business where there are no ethics. In the year there is no leave. Every leave is paid and even though you are taking a Paid leave you will always get MDs comment about your leave. Don't go here.

Too Much Mental Burden for unnecessary work. Salary Structure is too worst. Egoistic Environment. No any support from Management. They Only focus on work & Sales Order, no one cares about the Employee that how they suffering about the work. Too Much Rudeness. Even after joining or leaving you will not get single Document. (Like Joining Letter, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter etc.)

...hey want to fire you nobody can save you. There is not even one leave in a year. When you will take leave your salary will be deducted. Even After deducting the salary, you can not take leave because this company has tipical what's app group. In that group you need to send msg for leave and everytime MD will interfere. So my request to not join this company, not even they are paying more then your expectations.

Egoism, unreliable, Dominating culture, Not giving any offer letter or relieving letter, no any FNF system or no benefits for employer, Working like a worker, Hitler empire based firm, Cheating in CTC Bonus cut from ctc but not gave by the company at the time when you left or no response from Hr say nothing like hr or admin in this company, Bad behavior of management using abusive words every time when talking.

The staff is very good and cooperative. The management works day and night like employees. It keeps a lot of people motivated. There is strive to change for the better and improvement is in vision of management that is good. I had to quit due to personal reasons but I will join back once the same is solved.

Nothing. It has been a good place.
