Inter-department coordination is poor, no proper training is provided, favoritism in salary and promotion, travel allowance provided is below average, no growth of inter-personal skill, work-environment is uneasy, no-one (most of employees) can see their future clearly, lacks visionary thinking, innovation does not gets appreciation, poor salary, work-life balance is terrible, people are assigned to tasks at the very last moment, Operations (Sales) department seems to influence every decision according to its convenience, autocracy, monopoly.

Worst place to work cause ur seniors are lazy and with terrible work force

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is good but carrer growth is slow and spoilers ur carrer path

Company giving me Job on role but after sometime that company giving salary in contact base...this is not fair... heavy dedication in my salary after sometime..last time I realised that company is not gentlemanship....so I resign.
