1.Senior was not responce proper way and Senior to Junior communication not good. 2.Duty timing was too long . 3.Learning & Devlopment was little bit improvement 4.Loundry Management was very pathatic . because I am possition caption but provide Sr.GSA Uniform... 5.Hygine was very pathatic condition of kitchen food area . 6.Not follow proper SOP of Food Temperature.

Vedic wont give you anything, you should have the willingness to grow on your own, i have contributed going out of the way but in return it gave me nothing, all that i have done is on my own and im proud of it, self learning and self development is what i experienced, dont fall in love or else u will get stuck like me, thankfully in a better place and position today from every aspect.

teamates were fantastic pre covid. zero growth, infact you need to work on your own growth and leave at the right time salary/appraisal- its a joke !!!!

Me & my team was a fabulous work force in Sales & generated 74% of the yearly rev for FY 19-20. We were supported by ops team & also the senior member of the management

Dislikes

Inspite of a fav team with high rev generation, management introduced some characters who completely destroyed the lovely team balance & beautiful undetstanding of Sales & ops which is a very rare combination in hospitality sector. Unfortunately management has closed eyes in this respect & I am sure they will experience the -ve effect of their decision very soon
