...horitarian, inhuman system. Poor but filtered education in terms of marketing...frequent teacher changes, too late salary, too many worthless sycophants to demean a worthy...money minded...no proper syllabus coverage as per timeline, biased education culture, students are often brainwashed...good for nothing institution!! No sign of being an international institution except the term international...rubbish time pass meetings from time to time by worthless Principal in charge for no good outputs!! No skill development course offered...24/7 teaching learning culture quite hazardous and sound fruitless for the development of both teachers and students....if asked for tech aid support, smart reply comes from the worthless money minded owner, "we have smart educators".... even during exam, no support technologically provided. Don't recommend any civilised human being to take education from such a fraud school system. Don't recommend any quality such as PhD holder teachers, NET, NEET,JEE teachers to work for. Those who can sustain in a buttered atmosphere and wants to ruin their academic or professional life are recommended...Although experience is the best teachers. So there might be some changes being thought of to bring into the system, then it's really good but I don't think this group of Institutions will at all be employee friendly ever but will continue sucking the blood and sack you for no good reasonable facts but at their whims.

Working hours are too high, night classes, evening classes, etc. They are master in deduction of salary. You get the payment of one day if you work. But if you are absent for one day they deduct one and half day of your salary. They force you to resign by misusing the clause (which is included in your job agreement) that students are not happy with your way of teaching even if your performance is good. The actual reasons can be such as they have found a cheaper alternative or they want a new face so that they don't have to give you yearly increment.

Vedic provide -Dirty water,bad food, accommodation is not good, Chairman is not good,The staff from other states are removed after one year in a very dirty manner, all this is done by the chairman

1. Terrible work culture. 2. Deep rooted misogyny and passing s*xual comments. Infact paying no attention to s*xual harassment. Rather if you are a female, the fault is yours. 3. Sexism at its roots. They will find ways to tarnish the image of an employee out of jealousy and revenge. 4. Too much of interference in personal lives of the employees. So much that if the kids do wrong they will spare them but they want to know the love lives and personal affairs of the teachers. 5. Ask camera staff to keep an eye on the staff , especially those who they want to mentally harass. 6. Violation of labour rules. 7. They will try to overburden those with extra work who they want to mentally torture. 8. Teacher is treated like a servant. By the staff as well as the students. 9. Students cross their limits in illegal activiti s because the management doesn't want to lose their prospective customers, but the blame is always on the innocent teacher who is unaware of the things.
