Beware Beware Beware! The primary company culture is over working and troubling teachers. It's start with the basic factors that you have to spend all your time. If it's not bothering you and you think it's common let me inform 10-12 hours duty is very common here and teachers will come here even if the day is off for the students.They will be given unnecessary works and especially admission related work which nowhere a teacher's responsibility.
