Some higher authorities do not have ethics to speak to the employees. We are not machines have families so they must respect the same mostly to ladies .Otherwise everything is best

No job secure.. Target employees before complete 1 year company target employees as per top management then without any reason company provide warning drop a paper other will terminate..

...my family in this difficult time. But it turned out to be entirely different. Firstly didn't receive salary for last 3 months. Secondly , the working environment was very very bad. It was an environment of mental harrasment. Despite the fact that I had seeked out for help several times but no one turned up.

Worst support from from my team(HR team). Business Stakeholders are worse here, most of them behave like illiterate and demand illogical things. HR head who is also the co-owner(Simriti Goel). She is the worse.

There are no proper salary provided each as per discussed during the hiring and every month for some silly reasons they deduct the salary .... lot's of partiality among the team and seniors don't even know how to talk to the employees no proper work culture/ ethics to be followed. More over if complain all this issue to higher authority they won't even listen to it rather they will make it even more worse ...
