...ees. Super treatment for teachers and so much ignorance towards other employees. No much benifits bonus and all. If you are close to founder, you can become director within 3 years

...b security, founders hardly care about employees, they care only about teachers. No much benifits bonus and all. If you are close to founder you can be senior manager within 2 years. Not a place for talented people coz new ideas are not encouraged

There are no proper salary provided each as per discussed during the hiring and every month for some silly reasons they deduct the salary .... lot's of partiality among the team and seniors don't even know how to talk to the employees no proper work culture/ ethics to be followed. More over if complain all this issue to higher authority they won't even listen to it rather they will make it even more worse ...

Company values are good. Salary is good no proper hike/appraisal cycle

Dislikes

No growth technically. Office infrastructure is very bad. No proper ergonomic chairs. No proper cafeteria. Cafeteria is built on the terrace with tin shade on top which becomes very hot during day time. No job security. Did 4+ layoffs in the same financial year.
