Company is open to innovative ideas. Safety health and eviroment is very much following. Leadership,communication skills are very much important.

Dislikes

Compensation is very good. Work pressure is very high. I used to work 10 to 12 hours a day.

Dislikes

- no work life balance, have to work on weekends and post office timing - no work from home flexibility - all must come to office - Saturday is a working day - bad work culture - young people aren’t given their due. Very archaic thinking
