No work like balance, no growth and appreciation. Reporting Managers are very unprofessional. They treat you according to your designation.

Very good salary I have got during my job.most important thing is that there has excellent safety culture, appraisal per year and learning with respect field is another key point.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometime I face health problem which is pain sometime.

This is a very very good company where I worked and gained full knowledge.Post Vedanta it lifted me to more opportunities bcoz of the learnings what I had with Vedanta.Really nice working with Vedanta

Some of the cons part for me at that time was growth to next level was narrow. And compensation obviously should be more .
