The company is opened to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that payment the salary in proper time in every month. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural background and we worked happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Companies growth is excellent but salary increment is not good. I have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day as various report make. HOD do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Very long working hours, salary less than industry standard. Very less leaves. No work life balance. Rude HRs. Family business. Office location very very bad and unsafe. No cafeteria.

Every month salary is credited last working day of month without any fail. Working day Monday to friday

Job security - Good

Dislikes

10 hrs( working) everyday. Increment in salary is very low. Very minimum no. of holidays. Technical growth is limited. No training for technical upliftment

They will keep you work on Sunday. Accounts Guys .. Please do not join if you want to ruin your sleep. I had to Take sleeping pills while working in this company. However Things might be changed but have to work on holidays as well if you join in accounts
